History

February 1951 Established by Nobuhide Ohnishi, the founder, with capital of 800,000.- as a company principally engaged in sales and marketing of glass bottles, with its Head Office at 471 Kanabuki-cho, Nijo-kudaru, Ryogae-machi dori, Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto, and Osaka Branch at 5-51 Tenjin-suji, Kita-ku, Osaka.
March 1954 Head Office moved to the place of and integrated with Osaka Branch.
December 1955 Built a new Head Office Building at 2-11 Tsuboya, Kita-ku, Osaka.
May 1956 Tokyo Branch was established at 7-17-6 Okuzawa, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo.
October 1959 Built a new Head Office Building at 2-55 Iwai-cho, Kita-ku, Osaka (present Head Office).
September 1962 Built a synthetic-resin molding factory in Imazu, Joto-ku, Osaka (former West Block of present Osaka Factory).
February 1977 Reformed the organization by introducing employees’ shareholding system.
October 1993 The East wing factory completion in Osaka factory.
June 1995 Shosaku Seyazaki, Terutoshi Kadota and Takao Sasaki assumed office as the Representative Directors.
January 1997 Obtained ISO9001:1994 certification.
May 1997 Established the Distribution Center adjacent to Osaka Factory.
December 1997 Established Taiwan Kinki Yoki Co., Ltd. as a Taiwan subsidiary.
October 1998 Tokyo Branch moved to 4-21-1, Tsurumaki, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo.
March 2002 Obtained ISO9001:Certified in conformance with the 2000 version.
May 2002 The Mold-Maintenance completion in Osaka factory.
November 2002 Obtained KES (Environmental Management Standard) Step 1 certification.
September 2004 The West wing factory completion in Osaka factory.
June 2008 The Tokyo office is relocated to 2-9-1 , Sakurashimmachi, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo (present place).
December 2009 Obtained ISO9001:Certified in conformance with the 2008 version.
December 2011 Takeshi Hishiki assumed office as the Representative Directors.
October 2012 Obtained KES (Environmental Management Standard) Step 2 certification.
September 2014 Draw up a manual of BCP(Business Continuity Plan)
June 2017 Built a new factory office at 1-3-9, Imazukita, Tsurumi-ku, Osaka.
December 2017 Obtained ISO9001:Certified in conformance with the 2015 version.
June 2021 Completion of C factory.
